Shogun routes API requests across many large language model providers. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to keep it short and specific. Contact us at privacy@shogun.top for anything unclear.
What we collect
Account information you provide (email, organization, billing details). Per-request technical data: timestamps, model and provider used, token counts, response status codes, and the source IP. Prompt and completion content only when you have not enabled zero data retention.
How we use it
To route requests, calculate usage and charges, prevent abuse, and operate the service. We do not train models on your data and we do not sell your data.
Third parties
We operate on Vercel and Cloudflare. Each upstream model provider receives only the request you route to them. Stripe handles billing. Google Analytics measures aggregate site usage. No party receives your account data except as required to deliver the service.
Your choices and rights
You can view, export, or delete your account data at any time from the console. You can enable zero data retention to ensure providers never store prompts or completions. EU/UK residents have GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights — exercise them by emailing privacy@shogun.top.
