Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Shogun. By creating an account or using the API you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret, for activity under your account, and for paying for usage incurred by your keys. Notify us promptly if you suspect a key has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate or distribute content that violates law, infringes third-party rights, or facilitates abuse (CSAM, harassment, malware, spam, fraud). Each upstream provider has its own usage policy; you are responsible for complying with the policies of the providers you route to.
Billing
You pay only for the tokens you consume at the published rates. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or close accounts with past-due balances.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account for material breach, abuse, or non-payment, with reasonable notice where practicable.
Disclaimers
The service is provided 'as is'. Model outputs are generated by third-party providers; we do not guarantee their accuracy, suitability, or non-infringement. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
